The last day of school is about cleaning up desks and lockers and saying goodbye to teachers and friends. Our class activities will be finished at 10:30 AM. For the remainder of the day, the students will be involved in classroom and school preparation/clean-up work.  If you would like your child to be dismissed early on this day, please complete the form below and return it to your child's homeroom teacher.  

If your child will be away on that day, please complete PART #1 of the attached form and return it to your homeroom teacher. If you would like your child dismissed at 10:30 AM on that day, please complete PART #2 of the same form and return it to the school.
