Hello, Grade 8 Parents and Guardians,

Please see attached for the Parkland Grade 8 Transition Process.  Here are a few upcoming dates and information about Transition:

• Grade 8's will see Parkland's Musical Theatre production of Chicago after lunch on Tuesday, 3 February.  The show runs from 4-7 February.  
• Staff from Parkland will visit NSMS on Tuesday, 10 February to speak about Parkland and course selection.  Forms are due Friday, 6 March to NSMS homeroom teachers.
• In-Person Grade 8 Parent Info Night will be on Thursday, 12 February from 6:30-8:00 pm at Parkland School.
• Please contact snewlove@saanichschools.ca or 250-656-1129 Ext. 81178 for any Grade 8 Transition questions including information and processes for other district high school options.  If you are planning to move out of the area over the summer, please let us know as well.
