More about the speaker/session: Julie-Anne Richards is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, psycho-educational consultant, and an upbeat, seasoned and dynamic motivational speaker. With advanced clinical training in the use of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, Julie-Anne enjoys sharing her knowledge to assist parents and educators effectively support children experiencing anxiety.
